Beloved community: a community in which everyone is cared for, absent of poverty, hunger, and hate. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. reinvigorated the notion of everyone having the right to live in a Beloved Community - regardless of race, gender, age, etc.
As children of God, EACH of us has a responsibility to love and care for our neighbor. At Mount Welcome, we recognize that there are so many opportunities to ACT in faith and love.
Everyone can be great because anyone can serve!
